Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of railroad car repair to ensure safety and production standards.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate repair work and compliance with AAR, DOT, FRA and company requirements.
• Inspect completed work for quality and regulatory conformance; maintain accountability for output.
• Train, coach, motivate, and discipline assigned employees; schedule personnel to meet production needs.
• Perform administrative tasks including labor reporting and material usage tracking; support continuous improvement.
