Qualifications

• Experience in rail equipment training delivery is preferred.
• Ability to monitor trainee progress and maintain records.
• Reports and documentation skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduces classromm and on-the-job instruction for journeymen and apprentices.
• Monitors trainee progress and evaluates performance.
• Assists in identifying training needs with management.
• Maintains training records, reports and schedules.
• Helps organize annual Local Rail Rodeo and Roundup.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
