You will oversee railcar fleet maintenance as well as ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the rail transportation industry and possess excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in the rail transportation industry with knowledge of railcar equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to operate effectively in changing circumstances or uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and testing of the railcar fleet per regulations.
• Develop plans for implementing current and pending regulations.
• Manage the qualification program for tank cars.
