Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Controls Engineering Intern for our Sacramento, CA office. You’ll explore enterprise scheduling, master schedules, and learn how schedule management supports engineering, procurement, and manufacturing for rolling stock projects.

Ideal candidates are rising juniors/seniors pursuing a BA/BS in Engineering with strong analytical aptitude, leadership potential, and excellent writing/presentation skills. Availability: 40 hours/week, Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate pursuing a BA/BS in Engineering with strong technical or analytical aptitude.
• Availability: 40 hours per week from June to August.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Prior internship or co-op experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to Enterprise Scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Engage with team to manage schedules across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing for Rolling Stock projects.
