Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings,Inc., is hiring a Transloader in Port Arthur, TX. This full-time, outdoor role supports railcar movement and loading operations at an industrial facility. Training provided; reliable, safety-minded individuals who enjoy physical work are encouraged to apply.

The schedule features a 4-on/4-off pattern with 12-hour shifts and potential overtime; compensation ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits beginning Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a physical, drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry and handle equipment, climb on/off railcars.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Verify railcar numbers and placement per instructions.
• Assist with loading/unloading railcars using established procedures.
• Operate switches, derails and trackside equipment.
• Connect/disconnect hoses, valves and transfer equipment.
• Apply and release hand brakes; inspect equipment and work areas for safety.
