Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., is hiring Transloaders for West Colton, CA and Bloomington. This full-time outdoor role supports rail operations, transloading, and material handling with a focus on safety and compliance.

Shifts are 8 hours, 5 days a week, with rotating mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Support daily transloading and rail operations activities.
• Safely move and secure railcars within the facility.
• Operate hand and ground throw switches, derails, and gates.
• Control equipment movement using radio communication, hand signals, and lanterns.
• Apply and release hand brakes to secure equipment.
• Handle air hoses, wheel chocks, and railcar connections.
• Observe tracks and surrounding areas for safety hazards or obstructions.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
• Support locomotive and switching operations as directed.
• Complete operational reports and documentation as required.
