Railserve is seeking a dependable Transloader to support daily transloading and rail operations in a West Colton/Bloomington industrial setting. The role involves working around railcars, locomotives, and loading equipment, ensuring safe handling and compliance with procedures.

This full-time outdoor position requires safety awareness, teamwork, and reliability, with rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided, and opportunities exist for growth within rail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily transloading and rail operations.
• Safely move and secure railcars within the facility.
• Operate hand and ground throw switches, derails, and gates.
• Control equipment movement using radio, hand signals, and lanterns.
• Complete operational reports and documentation as required.
