Zusammenfassung

Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our Rail and Transit Team in the West Region. You will lead multi-disciplined design teams, delivering premier rail transit projects while coordinating with builders, developers, and clients to meet financial and schedule goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in senior technical design/construction, and strong knowledge of rail industry practices.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in a senior technical role in design or construction engineering.
Thorough knowledge of rail and transit industry practices and regulations.
Experience as a Design Lead on a major transportation infrastructure project.
Experience leading projects from Concept/Initial Project Definition to 30% to final design including accurate costing/scheduling.

Aufgaben

Lead multi-disciplined design teams to deliver large, complex rail transit projects.
Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet financial goals.
Coordinate with builders, developers, and transit agencies to ensure project success.
Oversee documentation like Project Execution Plans and QA/QC plans.
Represent the company in negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
