Job summary

Televic Rail US is seeking a Project Manager - Rail Technology Systems to lead complex rail technology projects across North America. You will oversee planning, installation, commissioning, and closeout, coordinating with transit agencies, operators, and internal teams worldwide.

You will serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with technical and contractual requirements, while traveling up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in rail transportation or related fields.
Proven ability to lead engineering-to-order or customer-specific projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication with customers, executives, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of rail technology projects from planning to closeout.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, transit agencies, rail operators, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, software, systems integration, manufacturing, logistics, and finance.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and customer satisfaction.
Lead customer meetings, FAT/SAT, and project reporting activities.
Manage change orders, actions, and project governance.
