Job summary

Televic Rail US, a global leader in onboard communications and rail technology, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex rail technology projects across North America. You will partner with transit agencies, rail operators, vehicle manufacturers, and internal teams from planning through installation and closeout.

You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual, technical, and quality requirements while driving

Qualifications

• Lead complex rail technology projects from planning through closeout.
• Collaborate with transit agencies, rail operators, and internal teams.
• Ensure projects meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of rail technology projects across North America.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and manufacturing.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure deliverables align with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Lead meetings, FAT/SAT, and project reporting activities.
• Manage change orders, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate documentation, invoicing milestones, and governance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
