Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or similar.
• Strong relationships within the industry including agency, consultant, and contractor communities.
• Excellent communication skills and work ethic.
• Ability to independently lead and support business development and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of large-scale multidisciplinary rail construction projects.
• Managing overall project team, including budget and schedule.
• Serve as primary point of contact to the client on all project matters.
• Overall responsibility for construction management and project delivery.
