The role links field operations, project management, subcontractors, and owners to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily reports, while coordinating with superintendents and inspectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of heavy civil or industrial construction experience.
• Experience with construction contracts, drawings, and specs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Industry certifications (EIT/FE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and transmittals.
• Maintain contract documents, drawings, specifications, and logs; prepare reports.
• Assist with schedule updates and critical path analysis.
• Support survey, layout, and field engineering to verify plans and tolerances.
• Implement quality control plans including inspections and material certifications.
• Support safety programs and regulatory compliance.
