Job summary

The role applies standard inspection procedures during and after construction, coordinating with clients and project teams in a field environment. The position requires 5+ years of inspection experience, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and strong computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a civil, structural, or general inspector.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course completion is required.
• Strong computer proficiency and field inspection coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, site layouts, specs, and construction methods for compliance and safety.
• Perform routine tests on concrete, soils and other materials.
• Measure dimensions and verify elevations to ensure compliance with plans and codes.
• Coordinate and supervise inspection activities across all project phases.
• Draft project correspondence, facilitate meetings, and resolve field issues.
• Maintain record documents and field notes.
