Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project under the Gateway Program in New Jersey. You will support the Project Manager in controls, compliance, reporting, and field management across a major rail infrastructure initiative with national significance.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management or construction management on large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Experience with federally funded projects and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls, schedule management, cost estimating, and budget management.
• Oversee risk registers, reporting, and change management.
• Coordinate with project partners, stakeholders, and agencies.
• Lead interface management and field supervision for package delivery.
• Ensure environmental compliance and safety planning across the program.
• Prepare presentations, technical briefings, and progress reports.
