Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project, a landmark infrastructure effort in the New York-New Jersey corridor. You will assist the Project Manager with leadership, controls, safety, and regulatory compliance on a high-profile capital program.

You will coordinate with partners, manage schedules and budgets, oversee environmental and safety programs, and drive digital delivery through BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive project/construction management on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with federally funded projects and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency with project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in overall leadership, staffing, contract administration, and coordination with partners.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, procurements, scope decisions, and technical evaluations.
• Oversee environmental compliance, NEPA, and sustainability programs.
• Direct project controls, scheduling, budgeting, cost estimating, and risk management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and field supervision to ensure safety and quality.
• Oversee design review, BIM implementation, and closeout activities.
