Qualifications

• 4+ years in railway industry required.
• Track Inspection Guidelines certification is a plus.
• Ability to read railway plans and schedules.
• Ability to work in safety-sensitive positions directing crews.

Responsibilities

• Direct work groups on active railway property and through construction zones.
• Lead daily safety briefings ensuring contractors understand site instructions.
• Review site daily with supervisors/contractors to assess hazards.
• Set up, reposition, and dismantle railway signals at designated locations.
• Communicate with flaggers and Rail Traffic Controllers per procedures.
• Operate company vehicles and perform routine inspections.
• Undertake administrative duties per Quality Management System.
