Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related discipline.
• Obtain a TWIC Card issued by DHS.
• Valid US Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Foreman, Labor and staff to meet performance and customer needs.
• Plan daily labor requirements and ensure appropriate staffing.
• Control overtime costs and manage expenditures for area.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with safety programs.
• Collaborate with M&R/Terminal to allocate equipment for operations.
• Maintain compliance with safety, accident prevention and workers' compensation programs.
• Communicate expectations and performance to labor and management teams.
• Travel as needed to support other operations.
