Job summary

The role requires reading schematics, using hand/power tools, lifting up to 35 pounds, and collaborating with teammates in a hands-on environment. The position operates on a Monday–Thursday day shift with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, payable after 180 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in electromechanical assembly and reading schematics.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and operate power tools.
• Clear communication in English and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and work instructions to plan builds.
• Assemble, align, fasten parts and subassemblies using tools.
• Drill, tap, ream, countersink features and prepare mounting hardware.
• Wire panels/cabinets from schematics and test assemblies for quality.
