• Perform wire preparation, crimping, soldering, testing, and verification to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment and operate production tools.
• Support production flow with material handling, inventory, packaging, and shipping tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements to drive continuous improvements.
