Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Marion, KY is hiring an Assembler for electro‑mechanical components used in rail signaling and communications equipment. You will follow assembly drawings, perform wire preparation, crimping, soldering, testing, and verification, while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Requires a high school diploma, ability to read prints, basic English, and prior mechanical assembly experience; soldering and PCB/cable assembly are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; ability to read work instructions, schematics, and prints.
• Must understand English to follow verbal instructions.
• Prior mechanical assembly experience preferred; soldering skills may be required.
• PCB or cable assembly experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro‑mechanical products and components per drawings and BOMs.
• Wire preparation, crimping, soldering, testing, and product verification.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Support production flow with material handling, inventory replenishment, and packaging.
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives.
