Qualifications

• Industrial switching knowledge or willingness to learn safety procedures.
• Ability to operate switches and brakes and move trains safely.
• Effective communication with team and customers to maintain satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate switches and brakes to move trains safely.
• Build trains by attaching/detaching freight cars and inspecting for rules compliance.
• Ensure safe working conditions and proper PPE usage.
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment following safety practices.
• Maintain good customer relations and workplace teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
