Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Lexington, NC, is seeking a Sub Assembly Group Lead for the Rolling Stock division. You will coordinate daily tasks for the Electrical Sub-Assembly team, monitor progress, and provide support to ensure on-time, high-quality production.

Prior team leadership and SAP/ERP familiarity are required; Siemens Mobility sub-assembly experience is preferred. The role includes planning work steps, setting up instructions, and coordinating with operations to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with Siemens Mobility sub-assembly is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP to access drawings and BOM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and work assignments for the Electrical Sub-Assembly team.
• Monitor manufacturing progress and provide support to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Define key production steps, sequences and durations per station or cell.
