Job summary

Urban Engineers seeks a Senior Systems Project Manager for transit and railroad design/construction programs in Philadelphia. You will lead multi-discipline teams across initiation, design and construction, ensuring successful delivery and performance.

Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, cost and risk, and maintaining strong client relationships while guiding project controls and documentation. A PE or Architect license is preferred, with 12+ years in rail systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program is preferred.
• Bachelor of Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, resources, procurement and risk.
• Lead technical and administrative staff to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships and drive positive financial outcomes.
