Job summary

You will liaise with utility owners, engineers, contractors, and public agencies to keep schedules aligned, maintain documentation, and support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, real estate, planning, or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting utility relocations or related civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with utility owners, municipalities, contractors, and public agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility relocation activities across planning, design, and construction stages.
• Serve as daily contact for utility companies, consultants, and project teams.
• Schedule coordination meetings and track relocation progress.
• Maintain tracking matrices, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
• Review utility plans, relocation schedules, and engineering documentation.
• Support project managers with updates, meetings, and reporting.
• Assist with procurement, permits, and closeout documentation.
