Job summary

RailPros is seeking a Utility Relocations Coordinator to manage coordination of utility relocation activities across planning, design, construction for rail and transit projects. You will liaise with utility owners, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and client teams to maintain schedules, tracking logs, and project documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of experience in utility relocations, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, business, real estate, planning, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting utility relocations, right-of-way, infrastructure, transportation, or public works projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate utility relocation activities across planning, design, and construction.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for utility owners, consultants, contractors, and agencies.
• Maintain project schedules, tracking logs, and relocation status reports.
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project documentation.
• Support project leaders with schedule updates and coordination.
• Travel up to 25–40% depending on assignments.
