Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree preferred or combination of education and related experience.
• 3-5 years experience in Real Estate Services.
• Experience securing rights-of-way and/or acquiring real estate.
• Knowledge of property law and permits processes.
• Experience reading and interpreting survey descriptions, maps, plats, legal opinions and contracts.
• Experience negotiating and testifying in matters relating to land and easements.

Aufgaben

• Manage encroachments, permits and renewal projects from start to finish.
• Acquire rights-of-way, site easements, leases and real property.
• Coordinate with city/state/federal officials, landowners and contractors.
• Negotiate payments for easements, leases and damages.
• Oversee field acquisition activities and 3rd party ROW contractors.
• Ensure projects meet objectives, schedules and budgets.
• Provide information to producers, stakeholders and agencies.
