Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Project Manager for the PMCM Rail team to oversee complex rail projects that are regionally, nationally, and internationally significant. The role focuses on ensuring quality and timely delivery within budget while coordinating various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering or management and substantial project management experience including managing NEC3/4 contracts. A hybrid working policy is available, supporting work-life balance along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering or management discipline.
• Chartered membership or near completion.
• Certifications in APM, MSP, PMI, PRINCE2 or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing NEC3/4 contracts.
• Proven ability to manage workstreams in delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Establish processes for project management in collaboration with clients.
• Compile monthly project reports and data scenarios for management.
• Manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive safety performance and compliance with safety regulations.
