Job summary

360 Rail Services LLC is seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the Project Delivery Department, supporting engineering, construction, and maintenance projects from planning through completion.

You will coordinate procurement, subcontracting, vendor quotes, and document management, while assisting with estimating, cost tracking, and value engineering to improve project delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project coordination, procurement, or construction operations.
• Experience in railroad, heavy civil, utilities, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, subcontracting, vendor quotes, and project documentation.
• Support estimating, cost tracking, and value engineering opportunities.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, vendors, customers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project records in the project management platform and CRM.
