The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong leadership and safety focus. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with FRA, OSHA, and DOT standards, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of transportation industry work experience with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
• 49 CFR 238, 229, 218, 236 qualifications; training will be provided by Drummac.
• Ability to travel overnight and up to 25% of the time.
• Pre-employment background and substance screening is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to multi-task and supervise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and leads the operations of the assigned site to ensure the contracted scope of work is followed.
• Provides technical support to employees and ensures safety rules and regulations are followed.
• Coordinates and publishes weekly schedules aligned with the budget.
• Promotes safe work practices and conducts safety audits.
• Supervises staff and coaches team members for success.
• Leads new hire training and ensures policy compliance.
