Job summary

North American Rail Solutions seeks a Safety Manager to lead safety, health, and environmental programs across regional projects. You will ensure DOT compliance, develop training initiatives, and drive a culture of safety on site.

The role requires 5+ years in safety, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with project teams. Travel and a valid driver's license are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of safety management experience in large-scale commercial, government, or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, DOT, PHMSA, FRA, and EPA requirements.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training and programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance and identify corrective actions.
• Plan and conduct safety, environmental, and health training programs.
• Maintain comprehensive safety/health programs on-site or at project locations.
