Kinder Morgan Inc. in North Dakota seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee the Dore and Sidney Rail Terminals, ensuring safe, efficient operation and compliance with DOT, FRA and environmental policies.

You will manage work schedules, inspections, reporting, and safety training, coordinate with maintenance, and develop area budgets while maintaining PPE standards and incident reporting. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong safety focus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in railcar loading facilities helpful.
• General computer skills including MS Office.
• Knowledge of safe handling of flammable gases and high‑pressure systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect all aspects of operations within the area assigned.
• Maintain work schedules and timecard approvals for the area.
• Review daily reports for accuracy.
• Receive callouts to keep operations running.
• Schedule pipeline pigging operations.
• Report safety and environmental issues to management.
• Develop employees' skills to improve safety and operations.
• Develop and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations.
• Ensure DOT records and inspections are current and complete.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and conduct audits.
