Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in rail operations, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support rail operations including railcar switching, track maintenance, transloading, and equipment management.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and build customer relationships.
• Coordinate daily operations to meet contract requirements and staffing needs.
• Maintain safety standards and certifications; support preventive maintenance with mechanical teams.
