Trinity Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Rail Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate a team of rail coordinators, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will drive process improvements and manage performance reporting across multiple functions.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain/rail logistics with supervisory experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain/rail logistics with 3+ years in supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead rail coordinators and daily operations.
• Develop and implement strategies for site operations management.
• Ensure adherence to SLA standards and report on KPIs, SLAs, and stewardship.
• Maintain safety compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Site Operations, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to identify trends, root causes, and efficiencies.
• Oversee daily transactions and ensure requirements are met.
• Lead quarterly stewardship meetings and cross-functional reviews.
