• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or field operations.
• Welding skills and ability to read weld specifications.
• Experience inspecting railcars and ensuring compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises hourly workforce in repair and maintenance of railroad tank cars.
• Ensures compliance with AAR, FRA and company quality control standards.
• Records labor hours and material consumption accurately.
• Implements safety program and enforces safety rules.
