• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred for leadership role.
• Minimum 5–8 years in railroad with supervisory duties.
• Knowledge of FRA regulations required.
• Budget management experience in railroad operations preferred.
• Conductor certification and railroad engineer experience preferred.
• Must pass safety, background, and physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, service performance, operating practices and financial performance of railroad operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws and company policies.
• Lead execution of railroad operations to meet budget and financial goals.
• Direct planning and budget development to support regional goals.
