Patriot Service Company LLC seeks a hands-on Supervisor for its Salt Lake City transloading operations. You will supervise personnel, ensure correct product staging, handle bills of lading, and oversee safety and daily briefings.

This role requires experience with railcar loading, HazMat duties, and effective communication with customers and crews. Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, leading teams, and ensuring on-time delivery while adhering to safety standards and procedures in all

Qualificações

• 1 yr transloading experience or equivalent background required.
• HazMat and fuel handling knowledge is essential.
• Railcar management and loading procedures must be understood.
• Read, write, and understand English at a functional level.
• Basic math and computer skills are needed.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to other terminals.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct Patriot and contracted employees.
• Identify and stage customer products for transloading.
• Ensure correct bills of lading and assist data entry and customer service.
• Inspect transload equipment and vehicles and lead daily briefings.
• Perform final quality assurance of outbound railcars.
• Unload bulk liquids and dry products daily.
• Operate or learn railcar loading systems and follow procedures.
• Maintain safety policies and assist with general facility duties.
• Interact with customers, railroad crews, and team members.
