• Experience in customer service or related field is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 360 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, tariffs and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Bridge daily communications between customers and operations teams.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax.
• Review invoices, receipts and documentation for accuracy and timing.
• Document customer transactions in the 3PL/WMS systems.
• Maintain accurate warehouse and yard data and generate reports as needed.
• Resolve issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
