Jaguar Transport Holdings, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee safety, operations excellence, customer service, and team member development at our Gastonia, NC facility. You will lead the operations team, manage warehouse and rail terminal activities, and collaborate with the President to drive performance and a cooperative work environment.

The role requires supervising trains and warehouse operations, ensuring safe operating standards, and delivering services on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with bulk commodity handling and railcar operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screen.
• Travel within the United States for training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise train crews and coordinate warehouse operations.
• Drive efficiency by increasing productivity and controlling costs.
• Maintain safety standards to prevent injuries and property damage.
• Lead and develop team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Plan movements and coordinate unloading/loading of railcars and trucks.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and evaluate direct reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough recordkeeping.
• Provide coverage for the President and support executive leadership.
• Engage with customers and participate in operational meetings.
