Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years in rail operations or logistics coordination.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of rail regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to meet inbound railcar needs.
• Ensure yards have capacity and correct railcar types available.
• Coordinate railcar shipments to loading racks and loading locations.
• Execute shipments of loaded and empty railcars between plants and storage facilities.
• Ensure cross-border shipments clear customs and avoid holds.
• Maintain relationships with rail contacts and plant operators.
• Communicate with Class I and regional railroads to mitigate service issues.
• Identify and mitigate local rail issues promptly.
• Participate in after-hours support and weekend coverage as needed.
• Handle One Time Movement Authority documentation to FRA.
