Qualifications

• Good analytical and planning skills to establish supply requirements.

• Knowledge of department processes.

• Highly organized.
• Experience dealing with railroads is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Light travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rail fleet logistics.
• Monitor and update rail fleet report daily.
• Assist with supply data analysis.
• Audit for accuracy, enter, and approve rail invoices.
• Assist with maintaining rail rates in ERP system.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure efficient rail moves.
• Aid in the coordination of inbound shipments with our supply chain partners.
• Aid in troubleshooting carrier issues.
• Participate in development meetings and assist in achieving department goals.
