Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Rail Loadout Operator to safely load and move bulk materials, monitor processes, and ensure product quality while adhering to safety standards. You will coordinate with plant, rail, and logistics teams to support efficient operations and accurate records in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role requires operating and inspecting heavy equipment, strong teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate rail loadout equipment to load and move bulk materials efficiently and accurately.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
