Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is available.
• May require a valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card.
• 18+ years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Speak, read, and write fluent English.
• Regular on-site attendance and punctuality.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect railcars and ensure mechanical soundness.
• Connect or disconnect loading arms for product transfer.
• Inspect for leaks, weigh railcars, and complete required paperwork.
• Plan railcar spotting, loading, and shipment builds.
• Operate trackmobile or locomotive to move railcars safely in the plant.
• Communicate with rail team members, leadership, and customer contacts.
• Perform any other duties assigned to complete the job.
