Job summary

PSC Group is hiring a full-time Loader – Switching Technician in Kentucky to support safe and efficient rail transfers. The role combines hands-on loading duties with rail switching tasks and requires strong teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

You will inspect railcars, connect loading hoses, and coordinate with the rail team to plan movements. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical and background check
• Must wear PPE and pass any required medical exams
• Communication in English (written and spoken) is required

Responsibilities

• Inspect and visually examine railcars before transfer to ensure mechanical soundness
• Connect or disconnect loading arm hose for product transfer and ensure proper leakage checks
• Plan railcar movements by reading track lists and coordinating with the rail team
