Job summary

EPMA, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead rail infrastructure and capital construction initiatives in Victoria, TX on a long-term, onsite basis.

You will manage design through commissioning, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulators, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence across multiple sites. A strong background in rail or transportation projects and end-to-end delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in construction or capital projects.
• Experience in rail or transportation infrastructure environments.
• End-to-end project delivery from design through closeout.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of rail infrastructure and capital projects.
• Oversee rail yard development, track systems, and heavy industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, rail operators, and regulators.
• Drive budget, scheduling, cost control, and change orders.
• Lead onsite construction execution with safety and quality focus.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
