Job summary

EPMA is seeking a Project Manager to lead rail infrastructure and capital construction projects in Houston. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring safety, compliance, and budget management.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of relevant project management experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This is a long-term contract role with onsite responsibilities and travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of project management experience in construction or capital projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end (design, permitting, construction, closeout).
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of rail infrastructure and capital construction projects.
• Oversee projects involving rail yard development, track systems, and heavy industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, rail operators, and regulatory agencies.
