EPMA, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager – Rail Infrastructure to lead field execution on capital rail construction projects across South Texas.
This hands-on leadership role requires coordinating track installation, civil site work, and heavy civil activities on site in Victoria, TX, with occasional work in Hockley, TX. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and client expectations, working closely with subcontractors and internal teams.
EPMA is recruiting for a Construction Manager – Rail Infrastructure to support a growing Rail Division delivering capital rail construction projects throughout South Texas. This is a hands‑on field leadership role for someone who understands what it takes to build and maintain rail infrastructure—not just manage schedules from an office.
The ideal candidate has experience leading rail track construction, civil installation, contractor coordination, and field execution, while also managing project budgets, schedules, safety, and client expectations.
This position requires working onsite Monday through Friday in Victoria, TX, with occasional work in Hockley, TX. Candidates should already reside in South Texas or be within a reasonable daily commuting distance.
