Job summary

Clean Harbors in Millington, TN is seeking a Field Service Supervisor with rail experience to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility over proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion.

Travel up to 2-4 nights per month; two-week paid Academy training possibly out of state.

Qualifications

• Rail experience is required.
• Experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industry.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Ability to interface with clients and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority and follow safe work practices.
• Read work orders and ensure equipment is available and operational.
• Inspect equipment and work area prior to starting jobs.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as required.
• Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes.
• Lead crew and ensure client requirements and company policies are followed.
• Follow DOT and regulatory safety guidelines.
• Safely operate vehicles and manage on-site operations.
