Job summary

Bi-State Development Agency seeks a Supervisor of Rail Facility Maintenance to oversee maintenance for rail stations, parking lots, and miles of light rail ROW. You will supervise 788 ATU/IBEW employees and contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery of projects across facilities and equipment.

You will support construction and capital projects, provide discipline and training, and help manage an approximate $10M annual operating budget while aligning with Metro’s asset

Qualifications

Knowledge of building maintenance, electricity, HVAC, welding and hydraulics.
Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
Effective written and spoken communication in a multi-union environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise union mechanics, electricians, utility workers, drivers and contractors.
Mentor staff to safely inspect and maintain rail facilities.
Ensure inspection reports are completed and filed for ROW safety.
