Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• 2+ years supervising maintenance personnel.
• Ability to read work orders and construction drawings.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of maintenance technicians.
• Assign and prioritize work orders.
• Monitor employee attendance and productivity.
• Train and mentor maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company and MTA policies.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
• Coordinate and perform carpentry, painting, masonry, and related maintenance tasks as needed.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance inspections (OSHA safety, lighting, environmental, housekeeping).
