Job summary
Metro-North Railroad seeks a Technical Supervisor in Croton Harmon to provide electrical, mechanical and analytical support for maintenance facilities, ensuring safety, reliability and availability of the rolling stock fleet. You will oversee diagnostic activities for EMU, Diesel, and Push-Pull equipment and supervise agreement supervisors delivering technical assistance.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience repairing/diagnosing EMU, Diesel and/or Push-Pull Equipment; includes two years on air brakes and related systems.
- Certification or License: Valid Driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting & analytical skills for EMU, Diesel, and/or Push-Pull Equipment.
- Ensure equipment released for service meets Federal regulations and Metro North standards.
- Oversee test train activities to evaluate equipment performance.
- Maintain documentation of repairs, defects, failures and corrective actions.
- Supervise personnel and assist with administrative activities.
